At Foxefy, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel our services.
1. Service Agreements
- All projects and services are provided under a separate written agreement that includes timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.
- Refund and cancellation requests will be assessed based on the agreement signed for that specific service.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Before Project Start: If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of administrative and consultation fees.
- After Project Start: Once work has commenced, refunds will be provided only for work not yet initiated, and any completed deliverables will be billed.
3. Cancellation by Foxefy
We reserve the right to cancel services in case of non-payment, violation of our Terms of Service, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be considered based on work completed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Payments for domain registration, hosting, third-party software, or subscription fees are non-refundable once purchased.
- Setup fees and consultation charges are also non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
